What’s happening with Hot Lunch?
The 2026-27 Hot Lunch Program is up and running. We are offering healthy food options with a variety of dietary substitutions.
When you make an order, you will have 24 hours to complete payment or the order will be deleted.
Payment can only be made with a credit card.
Please remember to pack cutlery on Hot Lunch Days!
How do I register?
The ACCESS code is BEES
- All families (returning or new students) must re-register each year.
- To Register, select “Click here to Register” under the login.
- After registering, add your child(ren) under their Profile “Add Students” Menu and select their correct teacher.
- Make orders under the Orders “Student Orders” menu.
Reminders:
If your child is away on a Hot Lunch Day, you have two options:
- Do nothing, and we will gladly donate the lunch on your behalf.
- Email the school office to arrange pickup at 11:30am.
Ordering windows:
All Hot Lunch ordering windows for the school year are now open through June! Families may order for the entire year at once or month to month; whichever works best for you!
Please place your orders and make any necessary changes before each deadline. Once an ordering window closes, our final numbers are submitted to the vendors, and we cannot accept late orders or make any further changes.
- October: Closes October 5th, 2026
- November: Closes October 26th, 2026
- December: Closes November 23rd, 2026
- January: Closes December 14th, 2026
- February: Closes January 25th, 2027
- March: Closes February 22nd, 2027
- April: Closes March 8th, 2027
- May: Closes April 26th, 2027
- June: Closes May 17th, 2027
Please note- the vendor for our last hot lunch on June 17th is still to be determined.
Can I volunteer?
Yes! We need parents to help organize and deliver the hot lunches. If you would like to volunteer, please sign up on the google document link below. We meet at the school for 10:55am. The process will take about 40 mins.
