Welcome to the PAC and Hot Lunch web site. On this site parents will be able to place lunch orders for their children.
We believe that by involving and informing parents we will have a more supportive and effective school environment for our children. It is up to us to work together to ensure our children have the best possible school experience.
What’s happening with Hot Lunch?
We are excited to have our hot lunch program return for 2023-2024 school year. We are striving to offer healthy food options. Please note, when you make an order you will have 24 hours to complete payment or the order will be deleted. Payment can only be taken with credit card.
How do I register?
To order hotlunch, ALL FAMILIES (returning students also) must re-register each year.
The ACCESS code is HONEY.
To Register select “Click here to Register” under the login
After registering add your child(ren) under the Profile < Add Students> Menu and select their correct teacher
Make orders under the Orders < Student Orders> menu.
Can I volunteer to help with hot lunch?
Yes! We need parents to help organize and deliver the hot lunches. This is a fun way to connect with your kids during the busy school week. If you would like to volunteer, please sign up on the google document link.
We plan to meet at the school at 11:00am. The process should take about 45 min of your time.
Important info to consider...
There are 3 ordering windows. All ordering windows open on MARCH 12TH, 2024.
The first ordering window CLOSES on MARCH 27, 2024.
The second AND third ordering windows CLOSE on APRIL 24, 2024.
PLEASE REMEMBER TO PACK CUTLERY ON HOT LUNCH DAYS TO HELP REDUCE WASTE!
If your child is away, their hot lunch order can be scooped up from BCE that day after 11:00am or you can choose to donate it. Please let the team know at bcehotlunch@gmail.com
